Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, please follow our return process instead.
